I really don't know why you are so angry and gave us negative review in this way. I thought it was all been settled and we have made everything clearly on 11-09-2024.
1. Our bag quality is good, you are the first client gave us negative review. No supplier can make every bag perfect. If any defects found, we are always responsible to our clients. Did I reply to with no answer?
2. If you want refund, please send us more pictures about defect, as I told you, we need evidence to proceed.
3. If you want to resend some good bags to replace defects, it's no problem, just tell me, we can send it to your agent for free or send more bags in next order for free.
It's a small order, how come you treat us like this?
